I'm Max Elloye, and I've spent most of my 17 years of life eating food before one day he realized that it wasn't all that bad. I've tasted food from all kinds of cultures and with different origins and flavors, from traditional Eastern European dishes to modern South American inventions. I now take an interest in cooking, baking, and shining light on various topics relating to food culture and explaining the background and current information regarding that topic.
